Pack with charbroil shrimp, blackened chicken, 
rice, cheese, pico de gallo and roasted 
tomatillo chili sauce. Top with more of the 
Tangi sauce, chop cilantro and two squeezes

We grab a breast of spicy Cajun chicken-right 
out of the skillet, wrap it up with salsa and

La Playa Combo

Charbroiled shrimp, blackened chicken and a cheese enchilada. We lay ‘em out with a platter of salsa Fresca, lime cilantro sauce, rice, black beans and warm tortillas. Add carne asada to make Big Combo

Carne Asada Plate

Fresh choice steak, thin cut, marinated in our peppery citrus marinade and then flamed  cooked. You’ll get the red chile cheese 
enchilada on the side, along with guacamole, salsa, rice, black beans and warm tortillas.

Blackened shrimp quesadilla

Spicy seared shrimp is grilled with Monterey Jack cheese, 
roasted mushrooms and scallions. Topped with fresh cilantro 
and lime slices. Sour cream, guacamole, rice and black beans.

Ranch House Quesadilla

Pan roasted mushrooms, charred red potatoes, mild fresh 
chilies and melted cheese. Fresh cilantro crowns this tortilla 
wonder. Guacamole, sour cream, rice and black beans. 
Add chicken or steak.

Burrito Vegetale

We stuff it with rice and black beans, then loaded up with 
salsa, cheese, chopped tomatoes and charbroiled onions. 
Covered in red chile sauce, shredded cheese and green onions.

Burro Wrap

Jumbo tortilla wrapped around your choice of meat. We fill 
in the gaps with charred potatoes, flame seared onions, 
refried beans, cheese, salsa and red sauce. Side of sour cream,

Carne Asada Green Burrito

Marinated steak or chicken is flame cooked, and then rolled 
up with guacamole, salsa and fresh chilies. Smothered with 
roasted tomatillo-serrano sauce, cheese and green onions.
