We start with a basket of fresh greens, topped with grilled
onions and peppers. Next we pull a steak or chicken breast
of the fire-slice it and stack it. The sides are chopped tomatoes,
shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream and buttermilk-garlic
dressing. Eat it up with warm flour tortillas.
